Bill Hills is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Navy Federal Credit Union of Vienna, Virginia, the world’s largest credit union with over $120 billion in assets and nine million members.

Mr. Hills is a strong strategic thinker with a proven track record of blending effective business processes with practical information technology solutions to improve corporate performance. Over the course of the past 40 years, Mr. Hills has held executive positions with industry leading companies including: Chase Econometrics, Johnson & Johnson, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), and Xansa.

Mr. Hills received his Bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University, and pursued graduate studies in Regional Science, at the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in New Jersey with his wife Carol, where he can be found on the weekends flying through the sky.
